- • As a Post Acute Wound Healing Specialist at Solventum, you will serve as a consultative wound care expert and primary contact for post-acute and transition of care decision makers, driving adoption of innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and support clinicians in delivering better, smarter, safer care.
- • You will routinely consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes, and educate healthcare professionals through inservicing and training to ensure proper therapy utilization and documentation for authorization.
- • Your role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders, including prescribers and influencers, to initiate therapy orders, secure billing documentation, and advocate for therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence.
- • You will drive sustainable business growth by managing accounts and territories, identifying and solving customer financial and clinical priorities, and leveraging company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking to meet sales targets.
- • Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums, you will stay at the forefront of wound care innovation while providing customer support and service to ensure long-term satisfaction and therapy adherence.
- • Through collaboration with diverse, innovative teams and participation in a formal sales training program, you will develop expertise in medical device sales, territory management, value analysis, and reimbursement landscapes, positioning yourself for career advancement in healthcare commercial roles.
- • You will operate as a field-based professional with up to 20% overnight travel, using your personal vehicle under Solventum’s FAVR program, combining clinical insight with sales acumen to make a tangible impact on patient healing journeys across Indiana.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience
- • Current, valid Driver’s License and eligibility to participate in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program, including successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and ongoing compliance with driver policy and insurance requirements
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for territory management and pipeline tracking
