  • • As a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist at Solventum, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key healthcare providers in the Tucson, AZ territory, driving adoption of advanced wound care solutions like V.A.C. therapy to improve patient outcomes and support clinical excellence in post-acute settings.
  • • You will manage a defined sales territory encompassing Wound Care Centers, physician offices, clinics, and home health agencies, focusing on achieving sustainable business growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas through strategic account development and relationship building.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include persuading key stakeholders to advocate for Solventum’s solutions, identifying and addressing customer financial and clinical barriers, consulting clinicians on safe and effective product use, and growing utilization of electronic order submission platforms and the VAC Ready Care Program.
  • • You will ensure all orders are billable by securing required documentation, maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce (SFDC), and leverage data and analytics to inform territory planning and performance tracking.
  • • The role involves identifying new patients who could benefit from therapy, managing relationships with clinical and economic decision-makers, and organizing training and in-servicing sessions for healthcare personnel to drive product adoption and proper usage.
  • • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on territory goals, support financial and strategic objectives, and contribute to Solventum’s mission of enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare through innovation at the intersection of health, material, and data science.
  • • This position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in clinical wound care, medical device sales, and healthcare economics while developing advanced skills in consultative selling, data-driven territory management, and stakeholder engagement in complex healthcare environments.
  • • You will grow professionally by building trusted relationships with surgeons and other key influencers, mastering the value analysis review process, and contributing to improved patient outcomes through evidence-based wound healing solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND two (2) years of combined sales experience and/or healthcare field experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of sales and/or clinical experience
  • • Current, valid Driver’s License and experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status

  • • Competitive compensation range of $104,800 - $144,100 (base pay plus variable incentive)
