Post-Implementation Consultant - Quality (Remote)

📋 Description

• • As a Post-Implementation Consultant - Quality at Veeva Systems, you will provide remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to live customers using Veeva’s Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Docs, and Training (LMS) solutions, helping life sciences companies optimize their quality processes and achieve business goals.
• • Day to day, you will partner with customer administrators at Sponsors and CMOs to understand their needs, configure and support Veeva Quality applications, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices to drive continuous improvement and long-term customer success.
• • You will join Veeva’s Professional Services team within the Quality division, a mission-driven group focused on enabling life sciences organizations to bring therapies to patients faster through compliant, efficient quality operations.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Veeva’s Quality Cloud suite, strengthen your consulting and client relationship management skills, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in the life sciences industry while growing your career in a supportive, values-driven environment.
