- • As the Post Merger Integration Lead at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s strategic growth through M&A by ensuring seamless integration of acquired fund administration businesses into Bunch’s proprietary technology-driven operating model, directly contributing to the vision of building the backbone of private markets in Europe.
- • You will own end-to-end integration initiatives that align people, processes, and systems across acquisitions, enabling operational efficiency, AI-powered automation, and superior client experience while driving measurable financial and cultural outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing detailed post-merger integration plans focused on migrating core operational processes to Bunch’s proprietary software platform, ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps and automation goals.
- • You will partner with the deal team during acquisitions to conduct integration feasibility assessments and contribute to due diligence, identifying early risks and opportunities for synergy capture.
- • You will work closely with functional leads (operations, finance, compliance, HR) to map current-state processes in acquired entities, identify gaps, and design standardized, automation-ready workflows compatible with Bunch’s platform.
- • You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to synchronize integration milestones with software deployment schedules, AI adoption phases, and capability rollouts, ensuring technical and operational readiness.
- • You will lead cross-functional integration work streams, monitor progress against timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep integrations on track and within scope.
- • You will define, track, and report on key integration success metrics such as process migration rates, operational efficiency gains, EBIT margin improvements, and cultural alignment scores to demonstrate value creation to leadership.
- • You will drive the integration of AI tools to automate unified reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, and identify cost-saving synergies across merged entities, translating technical insights into actionable executive updates.
- • You will foster cultural alignment and change management by leading stakeholder communications, addressing resistance, and supporting teams through transitions to ensure high adoption and morale in acquired businesses.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are expected to be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering results under pressure.

- • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services, fund administration, or management consulting
- • Proven experience in post-merger integration, business process automation, or technology-driven operations improvement
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously and deliver on time
- • Hands-on aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, with experience or eagerness to implement efficiency gains
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams at all levels
- • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving abilities and a bias for action in ambiguous, high-growth settings
