  • • As a Strategic Operations Manager - Partnerships at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a category-defining Partner Program from the ground up, directly enabling accounting and bookkeeping professionals to better serve their SMB clients through Relay’s digital banking platform. This role is critical to Relay’s growth strategy, as you will design and operationalize the systems, processes, and enablement tools that power one of the company’s most important revenue channels.
  • • You will own the end-to-end revenue planning and execution for the Accounting & Bookkeeping (A&B) sales channel, including annual planning, quota design, territory modeling, headcount forecasting, and go-to-market framework development, ensuring alignment with company-wide revenue goals and strategic priorities.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and continuously improving the end-to-end sales process for A&B channel reps—from prospecting through close and handoff—partnering with Sales Enablement to deliver playbooks, tools, and training, and leading pipeline management best practices, deal inspection cadences, and stage conversion optimization using modern B2B GTM motions and key revenue metrics.
  • • You will build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into channel health, pipeline trends, rep performance, and revenue attainment, conducting deep-dive analyses on funnel conversion, churn risk, partner engagement, and seasonal trends specific to the A&B market, while establishing and monitoring channel KPIs such as ARR/MRR growth, client referral rates, partner retention, and bookings velocity.
  • • You will administer and optimize CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot), ensure data integrity across systems, evaluate and implement tools to improve prospecting and pipeline visibility, and own the iteration of tools and processes to improve partner lifecycle management, drive engagement, and achieve key revenue-driving metrics.
  • • Acting as the primary RevOps liaison to the A&B channel sales team, you will ensure alignment between field execution and company revenue goals, partner with Marketing on demand generation and lead routing, collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and commission plan design, and work with Product and Customer Success to surface partner feedback and inform roadmap prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in sales or partner enablement, partnerships, consulting, strategy and business operations, sales operations, or other sales channel-facing roles
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable insights
  • • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • • You are a systems thinker with a focus on execution, able to take ideas from concept to launch and scale them effectively
  • • You are a strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can translate complexity into clarity
