- • As a Product Operations Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping how the product team operates, collaborates, and delivers value—bringing structure, clarity, and velocity to product planning, execution, and delivery across a fast-growing fintech startup.
- • You will serve as the connective layer between Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Sales, and CX, establishing scalable processes and best practices that enable PMs to focus on high-impact work while improving transparency, alignment, and execution consistency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to build the operational foundation for faster, higher-quality product development; defining and maintaining a clear, reliable roadmap to improve prioritization and alignment; and standardizing how product initiatives, timelines, and priorities are shared to reduce confusion and improve stakeholder transparency.
- • You will optimize the flow of insights, data, and customer feedback across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration—by improving tooling, systems, and workflows to eliminate unnecessary overhead and friction in day-to-day PM work.
- • You will identify and address bottlenecks in product delivery to improve speed, quality, and consistency; enhance how metrics and insights are surfaced by building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and supporting experimentation; and strengthen cross-functional alignment by connecting Product with Sales, CX, and Operations to improve feedback loops and launch readiness.
- • You will engage directly with Product Managers to understand real workflows and pain points, using those insights to test, refine, and evolve processes over a 3–6 month horizon, while supporting the integration of AI-enabled workflows and data-driven automation into core product and operational practices.

- • The product team is scaling rapidly, and this role is critical to establishing consistency in how we plan, communicate, and operate across teams as we enter an exciting new chapter of growth.
- • You will sit within the Operations team and work closely with Product and org-wide stakeholders, with the opportunity to establish best practices, build scalable processes, and become the enabler that helps PMs do their best work.

- • You will develop expertise in product operations, cross-functional leadership, process design, and data-driven decision-making in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- • You will gain hands-on experience building and scaling product operations in a fintech context, including exposure to AI-enabled workflows, analytics tooling, and operational excellence practices that are transferable across industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–6 years of experience in product operations, product strategy, or a similar cross-functional role at a high-growth company
- • Strong ability to define measurable success metrics and hold yourself accountable to them
- • Data-literate: able to define KPIs, interpret performance metrics, and write basic SQL queries to support decision-making
- • Experience with product and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, Notion, Jira)
- • Comfortable driving initiatives from discovery to launch with increasing autonomy
- • Clear and confident communicator who aligns cross-functional partners effectively
