Post Production Supervisor

📋 Description

• • As a Post Production Supervisor at Nen Creative, you will own and elevate the post-production process across all projects, serving as the final quality gate for edits, motion, sound, and finishing before delivery to ensure every piece meets a high bar for craft and clarity.
• • Day to day, you will manage timelines across multiple projects, lead and implement consistent color workflows, review cuts and provide actionable feedback to editors and motion designers, step in on complex edits when needed, manage external post-production partners, oversee file organization and versioning across cloud systems, and coordinate final delivery of assets in correct formats and specs.
• • Nen Creative is a fast-growing creative studio that partners with top tech startups and investors—including Andreessen Horowitz, Pear VC, and Wispr Flow—to build brands, products, and stories that fuel growth, having worked with industry leaders since 2022.
• • In this role, you will help define and scale Nen’s post-production quality bar, gain ownership over high-impact projects visible to top-tier clients, and deepen your expertise in leading creative and technical workflows within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
