📋 Description

• The Post-Sales Enablement Manager at Second Nature Health Inc. plays a critical role in strengthening post-sales functions including Implementation and Onboarding, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Support (CS), and Data Management by designing and executing enablement programs that accelerate customer time-to-value, drive activation and adoption, and improve operational excellence.
• Day to day, the role involves leading enablement across post-sales teams by developing strategies, building reinforcement loops for training retention, partnering with Implementation to shorten time-to-launch and reduce failure-to-launch rates, driving customer growth and adoption through coaching and playbooks for CX, strengthening resident support by improving issue resolution and satisfaction scores, optimizing data management enablement, owning training programs and content, establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Second Nature Health Inc. is a fast-growing PropTech startup that has built the world’s first Resident Experience Platform to make resident onboarding, services, and ancillary revenue effortless for property managers, with a mission to turn friction into triple win experiences for residents, property managers, and investors.
• In this role, the person can learn to design scalable enablement strategies in a high-growth SaaS environment, gain deep expertise in post-sales operations and customer lifecycle management, develop analytical skills to measure program impact on business outcomes, and grow as a leader in building customer-centric, high-performance cultures while contributing to a mission-driven company that values extreme ownership, resilience, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, post-sales, CX, CS, implementation, or training roles, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or a fast-growth tech environment
• Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs for cross-functional teams with measurable outcomes
• Experience enabling implementation or onboarding teams, with an understanding of what it takes to shorten time-to-value and reduce failed launches
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills and a bias toward using metrics to inform priorities
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to move between executive stakeholders and individual contributors with equal ease
• Experience building coaching frameworks and leading training that changes behavior, not just builds awareness
