📋 Description

• As a PPC Specialist at Growly, a portfolio company of Skelar AS, you will drive the localization and global expansion of advertising campaigns across multiple markets and languages, directly contributing to the growth of consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include launching and adapting Google Ads campaigns, automating manual processes to save time, scaling search advertising efforts to increase reach and efficiency, and analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
• You will join a venture-builder environment where Skelar AS empowers founders to build category-leading consumer businesses, supported by a strong internal platform (SKELAR Platform) that handles Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, and more — allowing product teams to focus on innovation.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in international PPC strategy, data-driven campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth, values-driven culture that emphasizes ownership, bias for action, and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns, including setup, bid strategies, and performance scaling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions using insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in handling and analyzing large volumes of data in Excel or similar platforms; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Ability to confidently present and defend your ideas with clear, evidence-based reasoning in collaborative settings.
