📋 Description

• As a PPC Specialist at Liven, you will build and grow the paid acquisition engine in Google Ads, managing Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and Display campaigns to drive relevant user acquisition at optimal cost, directly supporting the company’s mission to help millions improve self-observability and mental well-being.
• Day to day, you will set up and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and keywords to improve CAC, ROAS, and ROI, run structured A/B tests across ad copy and landing pages, track and report on key metrics like LTV and CAC, and collaborate with the marketing team to align paid efforts with broader acquisition strategy.
• Liven is a mission-driven company developing a global ecosystem of products—including a self-discovery app with 2.5M users, online coaching, and supplements—that empower individuals to navigate negative thoughts and behaviors through AI coaching, mood tracking, sound practices, and expert guidance, rooted in a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid acquisition, master advanced Google Ads features, leverage AI tools for campaign efficiency, and grow your impact by directly influencing user growth and business outcomes in a high-trust, ownership-focused environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads — you've set up and managed campaigns in at least one of: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, or Display
• Solid analytical skills — you're comfortable pulling numbers, reading performance data, and making decisions based on what you see, not gut feel
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work — whether for ad copy generation, keyword research, performance analysis, or speeding up repetitive tasks
• Structured and detail-oriented — you keep campaigns organized, catch errors before they cost money, and follow through on what you start
• Curious and growth-minded — you actively test new hypotheses, stay on top of Google Ads updates, and want to keep getting better
• Intermediate+ level of English
