  • • Ventura TRAVEL is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented PR & Brand Communications Specialist to spearhead our brand's presence and strategic partnerships within the French market.
  • • As a key member of our international marketing team, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate with over ten passionate and skilled colleagues, contributing to a diverse and innovative work environment.
  • • Your primary objective will be to identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with key players in the tourism sector, including tourism boards, complementary travel companies, and relevant consumer brands, all aimed at expanding the reach and influence of Ventura TRAVEL's diverse portfolio of travel brands.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the entire partnership pipeline, from the initial outreach and proposal stages through to successful execution and ongoing relationship management.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves actively seeking and securing funding and budgets for joint initiatives, ensuring these collaborations maximize our reach, enhance visibility, and contribute to measurable business growth.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to ensure consistent and positive coverage across various platforms.
  • • Proactive PR outreach will be essential to increase brand mentions, elevate our visibility in the market, and identify opportunities for industry awards that recognize our achievements and innovation.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying and submitting applications for relevant travel and marketing awards, showcasing Ventura TRAVEL's excellence and competitive edge.
  • • A significant responsibility will be to proactively secure high-quality backlinks from reputable sources, which is vital for strengthening our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and bolstering our overall brand authority online.
  • • You will be expected to meticulously track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as branded search volume, media reach and impressions, partnership value, and return on investment (ROI) to demonstrate the impact of your strategies.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of how brand awareness directly supports and drives business growth, translating marketing efforts into tangible commercial outcomes.
  • • You will need to possess strong communication and exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to connect effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • • A confident and proactive approach to networking is essential, as you will be actively engaging with potential partners and media contacts to forge new opportunities.
  • • The ability to independently identify emerging opportunities, assess their potential, and develop strategies to turn them into measurable successes is paramount.
