- • The PR Specialist – AI Trainer role at 10Xteam Inc. is a unique opportunity for experienced PR and journalism professionals to apply their media expertise in shaping the next generation of AI systems. Rather than creating content for a single outlet or client, you will help refine how AI understands and generates high-quality media and communication outputs at scale, directly influencing how artificial intelligence handles public relations, journalism, and crisis communication topics with accuracy, tone, and integrity.
- • Day to day, you will review and refine AI-generated responses related to media, communications, and public narratives; evaluate outputs for factual accuracy, clarity, tone, balance, and editorial quality; draft realistic media scenarios such as crisis communications, press releases, executive statements, investigative angles, and reputation management situations; create variations of the same scenario from different professional perspectives (e.g., journalist, editor, PR director, spokesperson, corporate communications lead); and identify weaknesses in sourcing logic, narrative framing, bias, messaging coherence, or reputational risk assessment. This work ensures AI systems reflect real-world media standards and professional communication practices.
- • You will be part of 10Xteam, a platform connecting fractional and freelance professionals with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems. 🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of experience in journalism, public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy
- • Based in the EU or UK with eligibility to work remotely from these regions
- • Proven ability to assess factual accuracy, tone, bias, sourcing logic, and reputational risk in media and communication content
- • Availability of 8 to 20 hours per week to commit to the role alongside other professional engagements
- • Comfort working independently with structured guidance and completing evaluation tasks focused on editorial and communication reasoning
