- • The Practice Management Analyst I provides front-line support as a subject matter expert for enterprise Practice Management and Billing systems, focusing on clinical applications to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient system usage across clinical and administrative teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing ticket decisions and execution, troubleshooting issues as an SME for end users, monitoring trending issues, coordinating onboarding of new services and locations, assisting senior analysts with special projects, testing changes in certification systems, monitoring production sites for quality assurance, documenting system changes, and completing required trainings.
- • Crossroads Treatment Centers is a family of professionals dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, serving over 26,500 patients across 41 outpatient clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia since 2005.
- • The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle systems, gain experience in clinical application support, contribute to process optimization and system go-lives, and grow within a mission-driven organization combating the opioid epidemic through improved access to treatment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- • Healthcare or Revenue Cycle / Billing / Accounts Receivable experience
- • ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
- • Patient insurance and benefit eligibility knowledge
- • Month-end reporting experience
- • Confident, professional demeanor and team player attitude
