• • The Pre-Foreclosure Associate plays a key supporting role within the Default Services team, focusing on the accurate preparation and maintenance of pre-foreclosure files to help prevent foreclosures and minimize investor losses.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building pre-review foreclosure folders, compiling required documentation from internal systems, manually entering property inspection results, tracking document completion, supporting breach processing, organizing foreclosure referral documents, maintaining audit-ready records, and escalating discrepancies to senior team members.
• • The Default Servicing team at Valon is crucial to the mortgage ecosystem, managing default-related processes with a focus on homeowner transparency, financial literacy, and compliance, operating within a technology-first, AI-native platform managing over $130 billion in loans.
