  • • As a Pre-Sales professional at Alan, you will be instrumental in empowering our Enterprise and Public Sector Sales teams to navigate the complexities of our largest and most strategic clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring these teams are equipped with the deep platform knowledge, insightful expertise, and essential tools needed to succeed in highly competitive and nuanced sales cycles.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for understanding the intricate needs and challenges of prospective clients. This involves active listening, thorough analysis, and internal collaboration to architect how Alan's innovative health solutions can be best tailored to meet these specific requirements, ensuring a perfect functional alignment with our offering.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve contributing to and leading the response to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and other procurement documentation. This requires a collaborative effort, drawing on the expertise of Sales, Insurance, and Product teams to craft compelling and accurate submissions that showcase Alan's value proposition.
  • • You will actively engage in the customer acquisition journey, serving as a key evangelist for Alan's services and products. Your ability to articulate our vision, demonstrate our platform's capabilities, and build trust with potential clients will be crucial in driving new business.
  • • Acting as the voice of the customer, you will provide invaluable feedback to the Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing Alan's platform roadmap. By translating prospect needs and market insights into actionable product requirements, you will help shape the future of our offerings.
  • • You will play a key role in preparing for and ensuring a seamless handover to our onboarding teams, leveraging your deep understanding of the customer's unique requirements and context. This ensures a smooth transition from sales to implementation, setting the stage for a delightful customer experience.
  • • In complex cases, you may be tasked with coordinating the onboarding process for the most intricate customer implementations. Your unique knowledge of the client's specific needs and operational landscape will be critical in ensuring a successful and efficient integration.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of Alan's growing Pre-Sales function. You will be instrumental in refining our processes, enhancing our tools, and ultimately making our Sales teams the most effective and successful in the industry.

  • • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. This partnership will involve joint strategy sessions, client meetings, and the development of customized proposals that address the specific needs of enterprise and public sector clients.
  • • The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks or challenges in the sales process. Your foresight and problem-solving skills will be key to navigating complex deals and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with diverse audiences, from technical stakeholders to C-level executives.
  • • Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive battlecards, will be an ongoing responsibility, ensuring the sales team has up-to-date and effective resources.
  • • You will foster strong internal relationships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Insurance, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment and efficient collaboration to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • • This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical and functional solutions, demonstrating Alan's ability to deliver transformative health benefits.
  • • You will be a key player in shaping Alan's go-to-market strategy for enterprise and public sector clients, providing critical insights from the front lines of customer engagement.
