  • • Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements for Enterprise and Public Sector clients, translating complex healthcare and insurance needs into tailored Alan platform solutions;
  • • Collaborate directly with Sales teams to provide technical expertise, product insights, and strategic guidance throughout the customer acquisition cycle;
  • • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to identify pain points, operational workflows, and functional requirements using active listening and requirement elicitation techniques;
  • • Author comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in close coordination with Insurance, Product, and Legal teams, ensuring alignment between client expectations and Alan’s capabilities;
  • • Evangelize Alan’s prevention-first insurance model through compelling, transparent product demonstrations that avoid overselling while clearly articulating value;
  • • Act as the primary internal voice of the customer, feeding critical feedback and product gap analysis directly into Alan’s roadmap development;
  • • Prepare seamless handovers to Customer Success teams by documenting detailed customer-specific configurations, integration needs, and implementation expectations;
  • • Coordinate complex onboarding initiatives for large-scale clients, leveraging deep knowledge of their organizational structure, compliance requirements, and HR/insurance processes;
  • • Partner with Sales to navigate objections and negotiate technical scopes within multi-stakeholder environments involving procurement, HR, finance, and executive leadership;
  • • Maintain mastery of Alan’s platform features, integrations, and insurance mechanics to confidently advise prospects on functionality, scalability, and compliance;
  • • Contribute to the evolution of the Pre-Sales function by documenting best practices, refining processes, and mentoring new team members;
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across HR, procurement, benefits, and finance functions within enterprise accounts;
  • • Remain up-to-date on evolving regulations and trends in French Public Sector procurement, HRIS ecosystems, and health insurance platforms to inform strategic positioning;
  • • Balance multiple concurrent opportunities with precision, prioritizing tasks effectively while consistently meeting deadlines and stakeholder commitments;
  • • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
  • • Proven experience in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) involving RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
  • • Fluency in both French and English
  • • Strong ability to actively listen, identify root causes of customer concerns, and elicit clear requirements
  • • Demonstrated skill in pitching complex products transparently without overselling
  • • Experience managing high-level stakeholders in enterprise or public sector environments
