📋 Description

• • As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at Deepgram, you will serve as the technical authority bridging state-of-the-art AI speech technology with customer business needs, driving technical pre-sales engagements with prospects, customers, and partners.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery and solution design, architecting and implementing custom proof-of-concepts, providing expert guidance on API integration and deployment strategies, partnering with Account Executives to navigate technical objections, creating technical content, mentoring junior team members, and representing the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
• • You will join Deepgram’s Applied Engineering team, which unifies solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, and technical support to serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and its customers throughout their journey, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Developer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Voice AI, gain experience in enterprise sales cycles, contribute to product strategy through market insights, and grow your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business value while working at the forefront of AI innovation.
