- • Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 agents in a contact center environment, driving performance through coaching, goal-setting, and accountability to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
- • Build a positive leadership brand that fosters trust, collaboration, and psychological safety, while de-escalating conflicts and maintaining proactive change management within the team.
- • Analyze contact center metrics (adherence, CSAT, QA) and use data to improve team performance, leveraging proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Workforce Management (Calabrio), and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- • Contribute to an inclusive, innovative fintech culture at BILL Holdings, where purpose-driven teams empower businesses through financial automation, with opportunities to grow leadership skills in a fast-paced, remote-eligible role based in San Jose.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics and processes.
- • 1 year of experience working with strategic accounts.
- • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, Workforce Management (Calabrio), and Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) systems.
- • Ability to think and act strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced organization with strong communication, influencing, and adaptive leadership skills.
