📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager, Implementation at SmarterDx, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of clinical AI solutions for hospital systems, directly impacting revenue recovery, quality scores, and denial appeals by ensuring clients quickly realize value from the platform.
• You will own implementation strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, define success metrics with client executives, develop scalable frameworks, mitigate rollout risks, collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback loops, align cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales, and report performance to leadership.
• SmarterDx, founded by physicians in 2020, is a remote-first health tech company transforming how hospitals translate care into payment through clinical AI that connects clinical context with revenue intelligence, helping health systems recover millions in missed revenue.
• In this role, you will scale implementation processes across multiple products, drive operational excellence through data-informed process analysis, and shape the future of SmarterDx’s delivery model while developing expertise in healthcare revenue cycle, enterprise SaaS rollouts, and leadership in high-growth environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role responsible for high-impact portfolios, large teams, or both.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale SaaS or healthcare IT implementations with large hospital systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and hospital operations, including deep experience in coding workflows, claim automation, or revenue cycle optimization.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Executive presence and ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders at health systems.
• Strong program management expertise, including building scalable processes across multiple clients and familiarity with project management standards and tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to query, transform, and use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing implementations involving Epic or Cerner, preferably with ability to work with HL7, APIs, and database extracts.
• Prior startup or high-growth company experience, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
• Technical proficiency to dig into SQL databases, build dashboards, and leverage GUI-based automation software to automate workflows.
