- • The Skilled Trade Technical Service Associate IV role at Solenis LLC is a field-based position responsible for managing Diversey’s institutional business operations within an assigned territory, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences by supporting cleaning and sanitation programs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, performing routine site visits, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining inventory in company vehicles, completing service reports in Salesforce FSL, providing customer training on equipment and safety procedures, and carrying out administrative tasks such as timesheet submission and weekly visit planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent required.
- • Minimum of 1 year of field service experience, including maintenance of industrial equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment to clients in the hospitality or food service industry.
- • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive long distances as needed.
- • Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), email, SharePoint, PowerApps, and other mobile apps.
- • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and perform precision tasks in confined or limited spaces.
