• • As a Teiledienst Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) at roadsurfer GmbH, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational readiness of our campervan fleet by sourcing and managing spare parts, ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include ordering spare parts for our multi-brand camper fleet, identifying required parts from photos and damage descriptions in collaboration with mechanics, utilizing OEM systems and parts catalogs from leading manufacturers, creating orders in the ERP system, processing internal service tickets from workshops, identifying aftermarket alternatives for used parts and external repairs, maintaining article master data in the ERP system, and working closely with workshop, technician, and procurement teams.
