📋 Description
- • As a Presales Delivery Consultant within Global Payroll Solutions, you will ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation for global payroll customers, providing clarity, confidence, and delivery readiness.
- • You will lead in-depth payroll discovery and readiness validation for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, gathering and documenting country scope, payroll populations, local processes, pay frequencies, benefits, statutory obligations, and integrations to prepare Onboarding Managers and Project Managers for successful implementation.
- • You will support Sales teams on complex opportunities by providing payroll and implementation expertise, helping set realistic expectations and ensuring that what is sold can be delivered successfully, including joining sales calls to validate scope and build client confidence.
- • You will work within Deel’s Global Payroll Solutions organization, reporting to the Director of Pre-Sales Delivery, contributing to a fast-growing, globally distributed team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries that is transforming global work through innovative HR and payroll technology.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global payroll complexity, compliance, and implementation methodology, while influencing product development, sales enablement, and delivery processes through insights gathered from customer discovery sessions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations
- • Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance
- • Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation projects
- • Ability to run structured, high-impact client discovery sessions
- • Excellent documentation and handover discipline
- • Confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions constructively
