- • The Presales Solutions Architect – Platforms is a customer-facing expert who drives technology adoption by designing and selling platform and hybrid cloud solutions that align with business outcomes.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading technical conversations with CIOs, CTOs, platform engineers, SREs, and development teams; designing container, automation, and platform solutions; educating sales teams; developing sales collateral and lab-based proof-of-concepts; and staying current on emerging technologies through self-study and market research.
