- • The Pricing Analyst IV-Change Order & Modifications leads the development of medium to high complexity cost/price proposals using cost accounting standards and the company’s Estimating System, playing a critical role in securing government contracts by ensuring accurate, compliant, and competitive pricing.
- • Day to day, the role involves interfacing with Operations, Business Development, and Functional Support teams to gather data, developing pricing models for change orders and modifications, preparing cost narratives, performing quality assurance reviews, and providing pricing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating with senior professionals.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFAR, CAS), refine advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, gain experience mentoring junior staff, and contribute to high-stakes proposal efforts that directly impact business growth and national security initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline or equivalent experience (2 years of contracts/pricing experience substitutes for each year of college)
- • Typically eight (8) years of experience in cost proposal preparation or development; relevant finance experience may be considered; 5 years with a Master’s degree
- • Advanced Excel and mathematical skills with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume proposal environments
- • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- • US Citizenship is required
- • Ability to work extended hours with short notice to meet deadlines
