- • As a Pricing Assistant/Analyst at Iron Mountain, you will play a critical role in enabling the revenue process by developing accurate pricing models, managing contract packages, and transforming complex data into actionable insights that support global deal operations. Your work directly contributes to the company’s ability to win and sustain profitable customer relationships across 65 countries, ensuring pricing strategies align with business goals and compliance standards.
- • Day to day, you will execute deal support by developing and reviewing pricing models, quotes, and contract packages to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the opportunity life cycle; drive data-informed insights by analyzing customer and sales data from multiple systems to create custom reports and presentations that identify emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations for deal performance; ensure global compliance and quality by managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and completing complex due diligence and information security questionnaires to align in-country opportunities with Iron Mountain’s internal policies and procedures; collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, and finance to support deal structuring and approval workflows; maintain and update pricing databases and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders; and assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and pricing summaries for senior leadership review.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced proficiency in pricing analytics, Salesforce CRM, and advanced Excel modeling while gaining exposure to global deal operations and compliance frameworks. You will strengthen your ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations, enhance your cross-cultural communication skills in a multinational setting, and build a foundation for career growth into senior pricing, sales operations, or business analysis roles within a Fortune 1000 organization committed to employee development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations
- • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and advanced Microsoft Excel, with a deep understanding of pricing tools and CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
- • Proven ability in data analysis and organizational management, including multitasking and maintaining urgency while managing multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- • Mandatory fluency in English with superior written and oral communication skills; a University Degree in business or economics is preferred
