- • Lead the strategic development and operationalization of Salsify’s pricing and packaging frameworks to drive sustainable growth from $170M to $300M+ ARR, reporting directly to the CFO.
- • Own the global price book lifecycle, design value-based pricing models, and ensure pricing logic is integrated into Salesforce and CPQ systems for accurate, scalable commercial execution.
- • Partner with Product, Legal, Commercial, and Finance teams to align pricing strategy with product launches, discounting practices, and sales enablement while maintaining margin integrity.
- • Develop analytics frameworks to measure pricing elasticity, discounting trends, and impact on win rates and renewals, optimizing Average Customer ARR and customer lifetime value.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in Pricing Strategy, Business Operations, or Finance management, with a proven track record of scaling pricing functions in high-growth SaaS environments.
- • Deep expertise in SaaS monetization models, including value-based pricing, usage-based mechanics, and complex multi-product packaging.
- • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
- • Familiarity with sales technology systems, specifically Salesforce and CPQ, and how they operationalize pricing policy.
- • Analytical rigor: proficiency with structured thinking and data analysis; experience with SQL or BI tools is highly preferred.
