Pricing & Packaging Rollout Lead (Contractor)

📋 Description

• • The Pricing & Packaging Rollout Lead (Contractor) is responsible for driving adoption and ensuring a high-quality rollout of MeridianLink’s new pricing and packaging initiative, serving as the central hub for cross-functional alignment and voice-of-customer insights.
• • Day to day, the role involves tracking phased implementation plans, consolidating voice-of-customer signals from sales, support, NPS, usage data, and revenue impacts, maintaining dashboards and KPIs, leading regular rollout governance standups, managing a prioritized action backlog, and providing data-driven recommendations to adjust pricing design, GTM messaging, or sales approaches.
• • Embedded within Product Operations, the role partners closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, Support, Finance, and Marketing to keep execution on track, surface risks early, and translate field and customer signals into clear, actionable insights for senior and executive leadership.
• • The person in this role will learn to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data at scale, drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority, build and maintain rollout health reporting systems, and gain deep expertise in SaaS pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and product operations in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
