- • Seeq Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Pricing Program Manager (Enterprise) to join our dynamic Revenue Operations organization. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving high-quality, scalable Enterprise revenue by ensuring disciplined pricing execution and providing expert strategic deal support. You will be a key liaison, collaborating closely with our Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to meticulously structure complex, multi-product, and multi-year deals, all while adhering to the company’s established pricing and packaging framework.
- • In essence, you will function as a critical component of our Deal Desk, acting as a trusted pricing advisor to the entire Enterprise field organization. Your expertise will be crucial in balancing the need for deal competitiveness with the imperative of maintaining pricing integrity and maximizing long-term customer value. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate intricate deal landscapes and champion Seeq's value proposition.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the go-to pricing partner for Enterprise field sales, specifically supporting deals valued at $200K or more. This involves providing hands-on, expert guidance for the structuring of intricate deals. These will often include multi-year agreements, bundled offerings encompassing multiple products, innovative usage-based and hybrid pricing models, and scenarios involving expansions, renewals, and amendments to existing contracts.
- • You will be tasked with ensuring that all deals strictly adhere to established pricing guardrails, thereby safeguarding the company's revenue strategy, while simultaneously empowering the sales team to remain highly competitive in the market. A significant aspect of this role involves owning the pricing-related deal approvals and managing exception workflows within our established Deal Desk model. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Field Enablement team to develop and deliver comprehensive training on product features and pricing strategies to both the field sales team and our valued partners.
- • Beyond direct deal support, you will play a crucial role in Deal Desk and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) enablement. This includes partnering with the RevOps team to guarantee that our CPQ system accurately reflects all pricing models, discount thresholds, and necessary approval pathways. You will proactively identify any gaps or points of friction within the CPQ workflows and propose actionable improvements designed to significantly enhance sales efficiency and accelerate deal velocity.
- • You will also be instrumental in supporting field enablement efforts, providing essential training on pricing tools, best practices for CPQ usage, effective utilization of the Partner Account Management (PAM) system, and optimal deal submission procedures. As the designated escalation point for pricing-related CPQ issues that may impede deal progress, your timely and effective resolution will be critical.
- • A core function of this role involves ensuring robust pricing governance and compliance across all Enterprise transactions. This includes diligently monitoring adherence to pricing models, discount policies, term lengths, and any non-standard pricing arrangements. You will be responsible for analyzing pricing exceptions, generating insightful reports for executive leadership that highlight key trends, potential risks, and opportunities for strategic optimization.
- • In partnership with Finance and RevOps leadership, you will contribute to the refinement of pricing policies, leveraging insights derived from deal outcomes and evolving market dynamics to ensure our pricing remains competitive and profitable.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to customer growth by building and maintaining essential reporting on Enterprise customer product adoption, usage patterns, and expansion trends. By analyzing usage data against contracted value, you will identify critical signals for potential expansion, overage opportunities, and renewal risks. These insights will be shared with Sales and Customer Success teams to inform proactive account management strategies, driving both growth and retention.
- • You will develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to meticulously track key performance indicators, including pricing compliance, discount trends, product attach rates, expansion drivers, usage adoption relative to contract value, and overall deal cycle time and approval efficiency. The insights generated will be presented to Sales, Finance, and executive leadership, informing strategic decision-making.
- • As a cross-functional leader, you will act as a strategic partner to Enterprise Sales Leadership, Finance (focusing on discounting, account growth, and product growth), Customer Success (emphasizing adoption and expansion), and Product & Marketing teams (providing crucial feedback on pricing and packaging). Your ability to influence pricing and deal strategy through data-driven insights, sound judgment, and established credibility will be paramount to Seeq's continued success.
