- • As a Principal Advisor at Distyl AI, you will play a pivotal role in partnering directly with C-suite executives (CXOs) across critical sectors including telecommunications, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and retail. Your primary objective will be to spearhead the AI-led reinvention of customer operations within these enterprises. This involves identifying high-impact opportunities to dramatically enhance service efficiency, elevate customer satisfaction scores, and optimize agent performance. You will be instrumental in transforming traditional contact centers into intelligent, AI-native experience hubs that redefine customer engagement.
- • This is a high-visibility advisory position situated at the dynamic intersection of AI innovation and large-scale enterprise transformation. You will be empowered to shape multi-million-dollar strategic initiatives, cultivate industry-defining partnerships, and profoundly influence how Fortune 1000 enterprises adopt and leverage AI to reimagine their customer experience strategies. Your advisory services will be compensated through a mutually agreed-upon fee structure, reflecting the strategic value you bring.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Executive Advisory: Provide expert counsel to CXOs, advising them on how AI can fundamentally re-architect their contact center and broader customer operations. Your guidance will focus on driving measurable enterprise value, such as reducing the cost-to-serve, improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), and accelerating issue resolution times.
- • Opportunity Creation: Proactively identify and meticulously shape AI-led initiatives that promise to deliver step-change improvements across critical areas like contact center automation, sophisticated workforce orchestration, and advanced real-time reasoning capabilities.
- • CXO Engagement: Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted, and enduring relationships with key customer experience, operations, and technology leaders within client organizations. Your ability to build rapport and establish credibility at the executive level will be paramount.
- • Strategic Deal-Making: Take the lead in negotiating and successfully closing strategic partnerships valued in the tens of millions of dollars (XXmm). These partnerships will be designed to unlock hundreds of millions of dollars (XXXmm) in enterprise value through the implementation of AI-native customer engagement solutions.
- • Account Development: Drive ongoing transformation efforts within key accounts, working to deepen Distyl's impact, expand the adoption of our AI solutions, and foster long-term client success.
- • Market Presence & Thought Leadership: Establish and maintain a strong presence as a recognized thought leader in the domain of AI-driven Customer Experience (CX) transformation. This includes staying abreast of the latest trends in conversational AI, intelligent automation, and advanced AI systems for customer experience.
- • Technology & Culture Curiosity: Develop an in-depth understanding of Distyl's unique AI capabilities, our company ethos, and our overarching mission. Critically, you will learn how these elements uniquely apply to solving complex customer experience transformation challenges for large enterprises.
