- • Own the end-to-end vision for Kobie’s agentic AI future. You will translate our high-level AI ambition into a living, quarterly roadmap that balances bleeding-edge innovation with measurable commercial impact, ensuring every sprint moves us closer to differentiated loyalty experiences.
- • Architect and govern the Agent Catalog and Agent Design Guide—the single source of truth for how hundreds of autonomous agents are conceived, built, deployed, and retired. Define taxonomy, skill modularity, prompt dictionaries, evaluation metrics, and lifecycle gates so that every agent is discoverable, reusable, and compliant.
- • Design and optimize multi-agent systems inside Snowflake Cortex. Establish patterns for prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, context injection, agent memory, and secure cross-agent communication that scale horizontally across business lines and vertically from pilot to petabyte workloads.
- • Lead rapid prototyping sprints that move ideas from whiteboard to production in weeks, not quarters. Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate new coordination patterns—delegation, negotiation, consensus—then shepherd the strongest candidates through controlled pilots and enterprise rollout.
- • Partner with Data Engineering to wire agents into trusted enterprise data sources in real time. Leverage graph structures to model customer relationships, loyalty events, and contextual memory so agents act with full situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
- • Embed responsible AI guardrails at every layer: privacy by design, bias mitigation, explainability, and audit trails. Work hand-in-hand with Legal, Security, and Compliance to ensure every agent decision is traceable and every data flow meets regulatory standards.
- • Evangelize agentic AI across Kobie and our Fortune 500 clients. Translate complex technical concepts into crisp narratives for executives, craft enablement workshops for product teams, and foster a culture where experimentation is safe, celebrated, and systematically harvested for reusable IP.
- • Measure what matters. Define KPIs that tie agent behavior to loyalty lift, operational efficiency, and customer experience, then instrument telemetry that surfaces actionable insights back into the roadmap.
- • Mentor a cross-functional guild of data scientists, engineers, and strategists. Instill architectural rigor, design thinking, and a bias for shipping so that Kobie becomes the undisputed leader in loyalty-focused agentic AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years leading AI, data platform, or emerging technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- • Expert-level proficiency with LLM-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- • Demonstrated success deploying AI solutions within Snowflake Cortex or equivalent data-native AI ecosystems at scale
- • Deep knowledge of data governance, interoperability standards, and responsible AI practices
- • Proven ability to craft technical frameworks that evolve from proof-of-concept to global production deployment
