- • As a Principal Anaplan Solution Architect at Humana Inc., you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing advanced Anaplan solutions that drive critical business decisions for our Finance and HR departments. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise to ensure Anaplan is leveraged to its maximum potential, aligning seamlessly with enterprise architecture, data governance, and overarching strategic planning goals.
- • You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into robust, scalable technical system solutions, integrating hardware, software, and network interfaces to form cohesive and efficient systems. Your guidance will be sought by executives for developing functional strategies, particularly within segment-specific areas, and you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgment on complex issues and determining optimal courses of action with minimal supervision.
- • A core responsibility involves owning the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture, specifically focusing on Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains. You will operate at a strategic level, defining the architectural vision and establishing standards for Anaplan's application across the entire organization.
- • You will serve as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for intricate, enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations and integrations. This includes providing deep insights into modeling frameworks, governance structures, and best practices, while also mentoring Lead Architects and other team members to foster a high-performing Anaplan Center of Excellence.
- • Your role will encompass strategic planning, platform optimization, and ensuring Anaplan initiatives are harmoniously aligned with broader enterprise architecture objectives. You will lead the design and implementation of Anaplan modules tailored for critical business functions, including:
- • Finance: Developing sophisticated models for headcount cost analysis, compensation planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic financial decisions.
- • HR: Creating robust solutions for position management, hiring plan forecasting, attrition modeling, and comprehensive workforce analytics to inform talent and organizational strategies.
- • You will oversee Anaplan Architects and maintain the integration strategies with key enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake, ensuring uninterrupted and seamless data flow across all platforms. This involves a deep understanding of data architecture and integration patterns.
- • As a subject matter expert on Anaplan security models, you will define and manage user roles and access controls across various domains, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- • You will lead and mentor both offshore and cross-functional teams throughout the entire lifecycle of model development, rigorous testing, and successful deployment. This includes fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- • You will establish, develop, and maintain sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions, leveraging Anaplan's capabilities and complementary tools like Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- • You will act as a strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Finance and HR leadership, playing a key role in shaping the enterprise planning roadmap and influencing future technology investments.
- • In terms of Strategic & Technical Leadership, you will act as a crucial cross-functional bridge between IT, Finance, and HR, ensuring that planning tools and strategies are perfectly aligned with the company's overarching business strategy.
- • You will contribute significantly to the enterprise technology roadmap by actively evaluating emerging trends in workforce planning, predictive analytics, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- • You will champion continuous improvement by proactively identifying inefficiencies in current processes, proposing innovative enhancements, and driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies across all planning functions.
- • Ensuring strict compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX, will be paramount to protect sensitive member information.
- • You will lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new planning capabilities and tools across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
