đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end Azure cloud strategy for Fortune-500 clients, translating complex business objectives into secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures that directly improve customer experience and operational agility.
  • • Partner with sales directors, enterprise architects, and C-suite sponsors to craft compelling proposals, solution roadmaps, and ROI models that win multi-million-dollar engagements and position TTEC Digital as the trusted Azure transformation partner.
  • • Lead discovery workshops, white-boarding sessions, and architecture reviews with both technical teams and non-technical executives, distilling intricate concepts—such as zero-trust security, landing-zone governance, and AI-driven automation—into clear, actionable decisions.
  • • Decompose monolithic legacy estates into micro-service blueprints, containerized workloads, and serverless patterns, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR) and internal risk frameworks.
  • • Drive the design and implementation of Azure Landing Zones, establishing guardrails for subscription hierarchy, policy-driven governance, cost management, and identity lifecycle through Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Policy, and Azure Blueprints.
  • • Architect enterprise-grade networking topologies (hub-and-spoke, vWAN, private endpoints, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway) that guarantee sub-100 ms latency for global CX workloads and 99.99 % availability SLAs.
  • • Champion Infrastructure-as-Code best practices using Terraform, Bicep, and Azure DevOps pipelines, enabling repeatable, auditable, and version-controlled deployments across dev, test, and production environments.
  • • Mentor and technically lead distributed squads of cloud engineers, data scientists, and security consultants, conducting code reviews, threat-modeling sessions, and sprint retrospectives to maintain velocity and quality.
  • • Continuously monitor project health through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cost Management, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks, security drift, or budget overruns, and orchestrating remediation plans before they impact clients.
  • • Collaborate with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem—product engineering, FastTrack, and Black Belts—to pilot emerging services such as Azure AI Studio, confidential computing, and Azure Orbital, ensuring TTEC Digital remains on the cutting edge.
  • • Present thought-leadership at Microsoft Ignite, Azure Community Meetups, and internal enablement bootcamps, sharing reference architectures, lessons learned, and reusable accelerators that elevate the entire practice.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Cloud Adoption Framework, security baselines, and Well-Architected Review templates, turning field experience into intellectual property that differentiates TTEC Digital in competitive pursuits.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years leading large-scale Azure delivery programs (>$5 M) for enterprise clients, with proven ability to choose and tailor Agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to maximize business value.
  • • 5+ years architecting and implementing Azure Landing Zones, governance, identity & access (Microsoft Entra), compliance, risk, and security architectures in regulated industries.
  • • Expert-level depth in at least six of the following: Azure IaC/Automation, Azure Policy & Blueprints, Azure Networking, Azure Security, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra.
  • • Current AZ-104 and AZ-305 certifications plus two or more advanced Azure certs (e.g., AZ-500, AZ-700, AZ-400, or equivalent specialty certifications).

🏖️ Benefits

  • • $170,000–$200,000 base salary plus annual performance bonus and equity participation in TTEC’s long-term incentive plan.
  • • 100 % remote-first culture with quarterly in-person innovation summits in Austin, Denver, or Microsoft Redmond campus.
  • • Annual $5,000 professional-development stipend for additional certifications, conferences, and advanced Azure specializations.
