• • As the Principal Architect – SaaS Platforms at Tessera Labs, you will be the foremost technical authority, driving the architecture, integration, and successful delivery of enterprise SaaS solutions within our customer environments. This pivotal role places you at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and the foundational SaaS platforms that power modern businesses, with a primary focus on Salesforce and a significant scope encompassing other leading enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• • You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the overall SaaS architecture strategy, ensuring that these critical business systems integrate flawlessly with Tessera’s innovative AI platform. Your work will directly enable intelligent automation and sophisticated AI-driven workflows at an enterprise scale, transforming how businesses operate.
• • Reporting directly to the VP of Architecture & Delivery, you will forge strong partnerships with our Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Product Management teams. This collaborative approach is essential for defining robust, scalable architectures, guiding the implementation of complex customer solutions, and guaranteeing the successful deployment of our enterprise SaaS offerings.

It demands a profound understanding of SaaS principles, exceptional specialization in Salesforce, proven experience in AI integration, and the capability to lead and influence large-scale, strategic delivery initiatives.
• • SAAS ARCHITECTURE LEADERSHIP:
• • Assume the role of senior architectural authority, providing expert guidance and strategic direction for enterprise SaaS platforms across a diverse range of customer deployments.
• • Architect and define scalable, resilient architecture patterns for key SaaS platforms, with Salesforce as the cornerstone, and extending to Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, ServiceNow, and other critical enterprise SaaS solutions.
• • Spearhead the seamless integration strategy between these diverse SaaS platforms and Tessera’s proprietary AI platform, ensuring a cohesive and powerful automated ecosystem.
• • Establish and champion industry-leading architecture standards, robust governance models, and best practices specifically tailored for complex SaaS environments.
• • Guarantee that all designed SaaS architectures are inherently scalable, highly secure, exceptionally reliable, and meticulously aligned with the overarching strategic and operational requirements of our enterprise clients.
• • SALESFORCE ARCHITECTURE LEADERSHIP:
• • Lead the architectural design and integration strategy for Salesforce, encompassing its core clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the advanced capabilities of Data Cloud.
• • Architect sophisticated solutions that embed and leverage AI-driven automation directly within Salesforce workflows, unlocking new levels of efficiency and insight.
• • Define and implement best-in-class integration patterns that connect Salesforce seamlessly with Tessera’s AI platform, other enterprise SaaS platforms, and existing enterprise systems.
• • Provide authoritative architectural leadership for the ongoing expansion, optimization, and modernization of the Salesforce platform within customer environments.
• • AI INTEGRATION ARCHITECTURE:
• • Design and define the architectural frameworks for integrating advanced AI capabilities across Salesforce and the broader spectrum of enterprise SaaS platforms.
• • Enable and drive AI-driven automation initiatives for critical business functions including CRM, HCM, ITSM, and various operational workflows.
• • Architect robust integrations connecting Salesforce, Data Cloud, cutting-edge AI services, and external AI platforms to create a unified intelligent system.
• • Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to ensure that the capabilities of our AI platform are intrinsically aligned with and optimally support the demands of enterprise SaaS architectures.
• • DELIVERY ARCHITECTURE & IMPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE:
• • Provide critical architectural oversight and lead cross-functional delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle of complex SaaS solutions.
• • Ensure that all implementations rigorously adhere to the defined architectures, established integration patterns, and platform best practices.
• • Proactively identify and resolve complex architectural and integration challenges that arise across Salesforce and other SaaS platforms.
• • Serve as the ultimate escalation point for all critical SaaS architecture decisions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• • PRE-SALES & CUSTOMER SOLUTION LEADERSHIP:
• • Partner strategically with the Pre-Sales team to conceptualize and define scalable SaaS architectures during the initial stages of customer engagements.
• • Lead and facilitate architecture discovery sessions and solution design workshops with key customer technical stakeholders, building trust and understanding.
• • Define comprehensive integration strategies that span across Salesforce and the customer's diverse landscape of enterprise SaaS platforms.
• • Provide essential architectural support for strategic deals that demand deep expertise in SaaS and Salesforce.
• • PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ALIGNMENT:
• • Work hand-in-hand with Product Management to ensure the AI platform’s seamless and effective integration with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• • Define and document reference architectures and integration models that are foundational to product scalability and extensibility.
• • Contribute significant architectural insights to the product roadmap planning process and overall platform strategy.
• • Ensure a strong alignment between the capabilities delivered by the product and the stringent requirements of enterprise SaaS architectures.
