- • As a Principal Business Consultant in Veeva's Events Business Consulting practice, you will help life sciences companies bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI through strategic event optimization.
- • You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value for highly regulated, strategic interactions such as Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Congresses.
- • You will help identify and optimize bottlenecks across the entire event lifecycle to establish scalable and compliant operating models, shifting focus from operational checklists to strategic execution.
- • You will integrate events into the end-to-end commercial journey to drive meaningful healthcare professional (HCP) relationships and support Veeva’s mission to make the life sciences industry more efficient and effective.
- • You will join a rapidly growing global Business Consulting team of over 400 people launched in 2019, working at the intersection of software, data, AI, and consulting to deliver industry cloud solutions for life sciences.
- • You will contribute to Veeva’s vision for 2030 by helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes through innovative, compliant, and strategically aligned event programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in life sciences events consulting, including Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, or Congresses, with deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- • Demonstrated ability to redesign operating models and drive organizational change in complex, regulated environments.
- • Strong analytical skills to measure and communicate tangible business value from event initiatives.
- • Experience integrating events into end-to-end commercial strategies to enhance HCP engagement and commercial effectiveness.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- • Track record of delivering scalable, compliant solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in life sciences operations.
