  • • As the Principal of Business Development for Physical AI & Robotics at Lavendo Inc., you will serve as the founding commercial lead for a groundbreaking vertical focused on enabling embodied intelligence through GPU cloud infrastructure, simulation environments, and inference services — defining how AI transitions from data centers into real-world robotic systems.
  • • You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the Physical AI vertical, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and execution, with the goal of establishing Lavendo as the default infrastructure layer for robotics, humanoid systems, and autonomous technologies.
  • • Day to day, you will identify and secure strategic partnerships with the top 10 most innovative companies in the Physical AI ecosystem, converting them into Design Partners whose feedback and adoption validate the platform’s technical and commercial viability.
  • • You will build and operationalize the "Physical AI Playbook" — developing battle cards, training modules, positioning guides, and co-sell frameworks that empower the broader sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams to scale the vertical effectively.
  • • You will map the critical software stack — including simulation platforms, data labeling tools, and middleware — and structure co-sell partnerships that expand Lavendo’s reach across the AI robotics value chain.
  • • Acting as the primary voice of the Physical AI customer, you will relay insights directly to Product and Engineering teams to ensure the platform evolves in alignment with real-world needs of foundation model trainers, robot builders, and ISVs.
  • • You will represent Lavendo at premier industry events such as CVPR, CoRL, and ICRA, delivering executive briefings and technical narratives that position the company as a leader in physical AI infrastructure.
  • • You will drive long-term revenue growth by translating early technical wins into scalable, high-volume compute consumption, ensuring the vertical contributes meaningfully to the company’s multi-billion-dollar trajectory.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align on a unified GTM approach, leveraging your executive presence to influence founders, CTOs, and investors.

  • • You will develop deep expertise in the Physical AI ecosystem, including Sim2Real workflows, foundation model training, inference latency optimization, and the key players driving innovation in humanoids, autonomous systems, and robotics.
  • • You will hone your builder mentality, learning to thrive in ambiguity, define paths where none exist, and iterate rapidly with founder-level urgency — skills that are critical for launching and scaling zero-to-one ventures in deep tech.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy within Cloud, AI, or Robotics industries
  • • Proven ability to define a go-to-market strategy from scratch, including market segmentation, positioning, and building enablement playbooks for cross-functional teams
  • • Deep fluency in the Physical AI ecosystem, including understanding of Sim2Real, foundation model training, inference latency, and key players in robotics, humanoids, and autonomous systems
  • • Experience bringing complex, emerging technologies to technical early adopters before established playbooks or market frameworks existed
  • • Demonstrated success in cross-functional orchestration, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships around a unified GTM strategy
  • • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence VC-backed founders, CTOs, and senior technology leaders
