📋 Description

• • As Principal, Business Operations – AI & Automation at Kraken, you will co-own the automation stack for Payward Services (Kraken’s B2B arm), acting as a force multiplier by building AI-native systems that enable a lean team to operate at scale across product, commercial, and operational domains.
• • Day to day, you will own the AI automation roadmap — identifying, prioritizing, building, and shipping agentic workflows and AI-powered tools (Claude-based assistants, automated reporting, pipeline systems, internal bots) to eliminate manual work, while stepping into ambiguous processes to bring structure, automation, and speed.
• • You will partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to translate business problems into automation solutions, improve existing automations for cost efficiency and reliability, drive 0→1 initiatives from prototype to production, and establish best practices for AI tooling, prompt engineering, and workflow design across the organization.
