• • As a Principal Change Strategist at Caylent, you will serve as a trusted advisor and implementation partner to enterprise clients, driving adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational transformations that deliver measurable business value and sustainable behavioral change.
• • You will architect change strategies for complex global initiatives, lead stakeholder engagement and impact assessments, define and monitor adoption metrics, and design AI-enabled transformation programs—including GenAI adoption—while mentoring consulting teams and contributing to thought leadership and business development.
