📋 Description

• As a Principal Change Strategist at Caylent, you will serve as a trusted advisor and implementation partner to enterprise clients, driving adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational transformations that deliver measurable business value and sustainable behavioral change.
• You will architect change strategies for complex global initiatives, translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, lead stakeholder engagement and impact assessments, define and monitor adoption metrics, and apply AI-enabled insights to enhance program effectiveness—including guiding clients through Generative AI-driven workforce transformations.
• Caylent is a cloud-native services company specializing in AWS solutions, operating fully remote with a global team across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, where people come first and technological curiosity is celebrated in an inclusive, diverse culture.
• In this role, you will mentor consulting teams, cultivate executive-level client relationships, contribute to thought leadership, and help scale Caylent’s change practice by influencing business development and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement within top-tier consulting or professional services environments.
• Senior leadership experience (management or director level) leading high-impact, large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven success with technology-enabled transformations, including digital, product, or engineering initiatives, with GenAI experience preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, executive communication, and expert facilitation skills, including fluency in AI, automation, and Generative AI and their workforce implications.
• Business development acumen with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%) to meet client and project requirements.
