- • As a Principal Client Relationship Executive at SS&C Technologies, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing critical, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers within our US mutual funds, Brokerage, and retirement client base.
- • This pivotal role involves a deep understanding of client needs and strategic objectives, enabling you to identify, develop, and cultivate demand for SS&C's comprehensive suite of financial services and healthcare technology products and services.
- • You will be instrumental in expanding and growing existing client relationships by strategically introducing and integrating a broader range of our product and service offerings.
- • Regular engagement through status and strategy meetings with client senior management is essential to gain profound insights into their evolving business needs, which will then be expertly translated into SS&C's product and service strategies.
- • You will operate as a key liaison, ensuring that the work performed by SS&C consistently meets or exceeds contractual obligations and service level agreements, thereby fostering a high level of client satisfaction and trust.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be the negotiation of contracts and schedules, acting as a strong advocate for SS&C while simultaneously working to grow the revenue generated across your assigned client portfolio.

- • This role requires close coordination with the Corporate FP&A team, providing essential analytical support and detailed explanations for quarterly financial results, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring financial transparency and strategic alignment.
- • You will be responsible for developing and delivering complex, compelling business presentations to both internal senior leadership and external client executives, articulating value propositions and strategic recommendations with clarity and impact.
- • Proactive participation in financial modeling and due diligence processes is expected, supporting SS&C's business strategy, potential partnerships, and strategic acquisitions.
- • You will partner effectively with business units on any pricing or product design changes and/or decisions, ensuring client needs and market dynamics are considered.
- • Managing designated client strategic partner relationships with SS&C will be a core responsibility, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
- • A key function will be partnering with sales and marketing leadership to align on overarching strategies, refine renewal forecasting, develop comprehensive coverage plans, and proactively identify and manage account risks and opportunities.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of the client's business and SS&C's capabilities.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, building rapport and credibility through consistent delivery of exceptional service and strategic insights.
