- • As a Principal Clinical Data Manager, you will lead and oversee complex global clinical data management projects, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery to support regulatory submissions and improve patient outcomes worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will provide technical expertise and autonomous leadership across project start-up, conduct, and close-out phases; collaborate with cross-functional internal teams; mentor junior staff; participate in process improvement initiatives; deputize for the DM Manager when required; and support business development through proposal preparation and sponsor interactions including audits and inspections.
- • You will join Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to pioneering innovative approaches in clinical research to improve lives through passion, purpose, and excellence in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical data management, lead high-impact global programs, mentor team members, drive process efficiencies, and contribute to groundbreaking regulatory submissions that advance medical innovation and patient care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or related discipline — or equivalent relevant experience.
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
- • Expert knowledge of data management best practices and technologies as applied to clinical trials.
- • Advanced understanding of clinical trial processes and protocol documents (protocols, statistical analysis plans, CRFs, study reports).
- • Excellent attention to detail and strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional internal and external teams.
