- • As a Principal Commercial Sales Representative (Czech Speaker) at Sentinel Laboratories Ltd, you will act as a results-driven hunter scaling SentinelOne’s business across Eastern Europe and the CIS by winning new customers and exceeding revenue targets in the mid-market segment. Your work will directly contribute to protecting global enterprises and critical infrastructure through SentinelOne’s AI-native cybersecurity platform, making your impact measurable and meaningful in securing the future.
- • Day to day, you will own the full sales cycle—from aggressive outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure of deals with key decision-makers in mid-sized organizations. You will build and manage a high-performing pipeline using multiple lead sources and channel partnerships, collaborate with field sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate deal velocity, and serve as a trusted advisor by developing deep knowledge of SentinelOne’s solutions and the cybersecurity landscape. You will also monitor industry trends, deliver precise forecasts, and work flexibly from a remote base in Czechia.
- • You will join a fast-paced, international Commercial Sales team at SentinelOne, a company at the intersection of AI and security pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. - • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise cybersecurity sales, master complex sales cycles in the commercial segment, and strengthen your consultative selling and stakeholder management skills. You’ll gain experience leveraging channel ecosystems, refining forecast accuracy, and driving territory growth—positioning you for accelerated career advancement in a high-growth, AI-driven security leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and Czech, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • At least 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven record of closing net new logos and driving territory growth
- • Experience selling into the commercial segment (organisations with 50–2,500 employees)
- • Background in working with or through channel partners, maximizing collaboration and reach
- • Ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification through to executive-level negotiations
- • Results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated mindset with the determination to consistently exceed targets
