  • • Serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, driving retention, expansion, and adoption of OSV’s Workday-integrated payment solutions including Virtual Cards, disbursement workflows, and treasury automation.
  • • Own and execute comprehensive customer success plans focused on maximizing client ROI, optimizing payment operations, and ensuring long-term partnership outcomes.
  • • Lead Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with C-level stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable to align OSV solutions with client financial goals.
  • • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion targets.
  • • Act as the primary escalation point for critical client service issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining executive-level trust and satisfaction.
  • • Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, and Support teams to translate client feedback into actionable insights that influence product roadmap priorities and service enhancements.
  • • Champion client advocacy by serving as a thought leader on Commercial Payments best practices, payment monetization strategies, and Workday financial ecosystem integrations.
  • • Utilize data and analytics to monitor client health scores, detect churn risks, and drive proactive interventions that improve retention and revenue outcomes.
  • • Mentor junior Customer Success Managers, helping to define and scale customer success methodologies, tools, and processes across the organization.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with corporate initiatives, reporting portfolio performance and growth metrics directly to the Director, Customer Office.
  • • Maintain deep expertise in Commercial Payments, including Virtual Card adoption, payment waterfall optimization, and financial operations workflows.
  • • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by understanding P&L impact, contract terms, and revenue drivers tied to payment solution adoption.
  • • Leverage Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems to track client interactions, pipeline progression, and success metrics with precision and consistency.
  • • Navigate complex technology environments with technical fluency, guiding clients through integration challenges and solution implementation without direct technical authority.
  • • Operate with urgency, creativity, and accountability in a high-growth, evolving environment, balancing corporate professionalism with agility.
  • • Represent OSV as a trusted advisor in the Workday Financials ecosystem, contributing to industry thought leadership and client education initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 15+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting with a focus on enterprise solutions and Commercial Payments
  • • Deep experience in Commercial Payments, Virtual Card, disbursement workflows, or financial operations as a practitioner or advisor
  • • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • • Proficient in using data and analytics to monitor health scores, identify trends, and drive action
  • • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • • Experience with upsell pipelines, P&L impact, contract negotiations, and proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM
