- • As a Principal Customer Success Manager at PTC Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving customer value and long-term success for high-visibility accounts in the Life Sciences industry, directly contributing to PTC’s mission of bridging the physical and digital worlds through innovative software solutions.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, ensuring they realize measurable outcomes from PTC’s CAD, PLM, and ALM technologies while fostering expansion, retention, and advocacy across complex, global organizations.
- • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with Direct Strategic/Enterprise and Commercial customers in the Life Sciences sector, aligning PTC solutions with customer business objectives to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- • Establish and maintain a structured partnership operating framework that ensures consistent stakeholder engagement across executive, program, and technical teams, enabling effective communication and issue resolution.
- • Act as the voice of the customer within PTC, synthesizing feedback on product usage, pain points, and unmet needs to inform product development, quality improvements, and market growth opportunities.
- • Collaborate tightly with cross-functional PTC stakeholders—including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support—to ensure seamless account coordination and timely delivery of value-driven initiatives.
- • Lead and manage critical adoption programs for key accounts as directed by Customer Success and Sales Regional Directors, ensuring rapid realization of value from new or acquired solutions.
- • Identify and respond to emerging threats or opportunities within assigned accounts, maintaining proactive engagement and providing strategic account management support to mitigate risk and unlock growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Program Management, or a relevant industry role
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- • Proven experience working with accounts in the Life Sciences industry

- • Anticipated annual salary range of $113,850 - $161,000 (base + on-target incentive)
