• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, translating complex business questions into visually compelling, interactive dashboards that are used daily by C-suite executives, product managers, and operations teams across the globe.
• • Partner directly with stakeholders in finance, marketing, supply-chain, and engineering to clarify ambiguous KPI definitions, challenge assumptions, and ensure every metric you surface is both actionable and aligned to Nagarro’s strategic OKRs.
• • Architect role-based security models that scale to thousands of concurrent users while respecting GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC-2 compliance boundaries; you will design dynamic row-level security (RLS) rules that adapt to organizational hierarchies and geographies.
• • Build multi-language report packs (EN, DE, ES, FR, JA) using parameterized datasets and resource files so that regional teams see KPIs in their native language without duplicating development effort or fragmenting the data model.
• • Establish reusable design patterns—color palettes, DAX templates, layout grids—that cut future delivery time by 40 % and guarantee a consistent Nagarro “look & feel” across every new report.
• • Optimize query performance from 30-second load times to sub-3-second responsiveness by refactoring M queries, aggregating incremental refresh policies, and pushing transformations to the database layer where appropriate.
• • Lead weekly “data story” workshops where you coach non-technical stakeholders on how to interpret trends, spot anomalies, and turn insights into concrete next-quarter experiments.
• • Champion a culture of data quality: you will implement automated validation rules in Power Query, set up alerts for schema drift, and publish lineage documentation so any analyst can trace a KPI from source system to visualization in under two minutes.
• • Collaborate with cloud engineers to provision premium-capacity workspaces, configure deployment pipelines, and enforce CI/CD best practices so that report rollbacks take minutes—not hours—when business logic changes.
• • Serve as the escalation point for tricky DAX challenges across the analytics guild; you will host brown-bag sessions on advanced time-intelligence patterns and mentor junior analysts toward Power BI certification.
• • Influence the product roadmap by surfacing usage telemetry from the Power BI service APIs; your insights will directly shape which features the engineering team invests in next quarter.
• • Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, translating technical findings into crisp narratives that influence budget allocation, pricing strategy, and customer-experience investments.
• • Continuously scan the market for emerging visualization techniques—small-multiples, decomposition trees, AI visuals—and run proof-of-concepts that keep Nagarro at the forefront of modern analytics.
• • Drive adoption of a self-service analytics culture: you will curate an internal “report gallery,” publish quick-start tutorials, and set up a Yammer community where citizen analysts share tips and tricks.
• • Own the feedback loop: instrument each dashboard with telemetry buttons (“Was this helpful?”), synthesize qualitative comments, and iterate in two-week sprints so that every release is measurably better than the last.
• • Contribute to open-source initiatives (e.g., DAX Studio, Tabular Editor) and represent Nagarro at global Power BI conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in the analytics space.
