• • Principal Data Product Manager – Platform & Ops role at Health-E Commerce (FSA Store Inc.) focused on shaping the future of the modern data ecosystem as a senior member of the centralized Data & Analytics team.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining vision and strategy with SVP and Data team leaders, maintaining and communicating the product roadmap, owning intake and prioritization of requests, managing project pipeline, facilitating cross-functional meetings, leading sprint planning and backlog management, co-authoring PRDs, establishing documentation standards, serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, and monitoring industry trends for vendor research.
• • The team operates at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and operational excellence, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure the data platform delivers scalable, reliable solutions that power business growth.
