- • As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Nebius Token Factory, you will own a core product stream—Evaluation, Agents, or AIOps—driving it end to end from roadmap and design to launch and adoption, enabling customers to run high-performance, cost-efficient AI inference workloads at scale.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the product roadmap and delivery, partnering with engineering and research to design tools for large-scale inference workloads, supporting sales and customers through PoCs/betas and onboarding, driving product–market fit via user research and competitive analysis, and managing technical partnerships to ensure integrations deliver measurable value.
- • Nebius is a global leader in AI cloud infrastructure headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel, employing over 1,400 people including 400+ engineers and an in-house AI R&D team, building tools that empower customers to solve real-world challenges without massive infrastructure costs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI inference platforms, cloud-native systems, and B2B SaaS product leadership while shaping products used by enterprise customers, gaining end-to-end ownership experience and influencing the direction of a high-impact AI infrastructure product in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of product management experience shipping technical products with 10–15+ cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, research, design, support, marketing, legal, leadership)
- • Hands-on mindset with comfort diving into AIOps lifecycle, cloud-native and DevOps tooling, and distributed systems and production infrastructure
- • Excellent execution and project management skills including roadmaps, milestones, Agile processes, sprints, and change management
- • Outstanding communication: ability to write crisp PRDs, RFCs, runbooks, and release notes; articulate constraints and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical teams
- • Technical fluency to speak the same language as engineering, define precise requirements, understand constraints, and make sensible trade-offs grounded in reality
- • B2B SaaS experience, ideally with enterprise customers and technical buyer personas
- • Customer-obsessed mindset: proactive in uncovering needs, understanding customer AI strategy, and ensuring product becomes essential in their stack
- • Bias toward action: runs problems end-to-end without waiting for instruction, even with incomplete data
