  • • As a Staff Product Manager at Intercom, you will lead a significant product area or project, shaping the future of AI-powered customer engagement and business messaging. This role is critical to delivering products that impact millions of users daily and establishing Intercom’s R&D presence in Berlin as a founding talent hub.
  • • You will deeply understand customer problems through research, data, and direct interactions; define and communicate product roadmaps; collaborate with engineers and designers to ship solutions; leverage AI to accelerate development; evaluate impact quantitatively and qualitatively; own product quality; align with go-to-market strategies; and model Intercom’s values and R&D principles as a team leader.
  • • Intercom is the AI Customer Service company trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, known for its AI agent Fin and Customer Service Suite. The company values speed, intensity, and delivering incredible customer value, and is building a founding R&D team in Berlin to tap into the city’s technical and creative talent.
