- • As a Staff Product Manager at Intercom, you will lead a significant product area or project, shaping the future of AI-powered customer engagement and business messaging. This role is critical to delivering products that impact millions of users daily and establishing Intercom’s R&D presence in Berlin as a founding talent hub.
- • You will deeply understand customer problems through research, data, and direct interactions; define and communicate product roadmaps; collaborate with engineers and designers to ship solutions; leverage AI to accelerate development; evaluate impact quantitatively and qualitatively; own product quality; align with go-to-market strategies; and model Intercom’s values and R&D principles as a team leader.
