- • The Senior Web Program Manager at Samsara Inc. is a strategic role responsible for overseeing multiple interconnected web projects and driving complex web initiatives that align with organizational objectives, combining advanced program management expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver high-impact programs.
- • Day to day, the person will own all phases of complex, cross-functional web programs — from inbound ticket management to planning through delivery — develop holistic program plans, track milestones and deliverables, provide status updates to stakeholders and senior executives, lead process improvement initiatives, serve as a strategic bridge between vision and execution, interface with executives, facilitate team discussions, resolve conflicts, orchestrate cross-functional teams including Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end development, partner with internal stakeholders to define website functionality, work with external agency providers, and document website development processes while introducing mitigation tactics to minimize risks and drive continuous improvement.

- • In this role, the person can learn to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, deepen expertise in program management within a high-growth tech environment, master stakeholder alignment across global teams, drive process optimization and innovation in web delivery, and grow into broader leadership opportunities within Samsara’s culture of rapid career development and experimentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of project management experience at a digital agency and/or internal department with a primary focus on web
- • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Google Sheets) and experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau
- • Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes to increase efficiency
- • Strong understanding of the web production process, timelines, and scoping requirements
- • Experience launching web solutions, including ongoing analysis and continuous product improvements
- • Working knowledge of the technical software development process and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban
- • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- • Ability to work effectively with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other external suppliers
- • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles and risks in partnership with teams and stakeholders
