📋 Description

• • As a Principal Data Scientist at Devoted Health, you will serve as a senior analytical partner embedded across Growth and Membership Operations, supporting Sales Operations, Marketing, Telesales, and Membership Operations to solve complex problems and drive measurable impact.
• • You will define ambiguous problems, determine what success looks like, and design data systems that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across agent readiness, campaign attribution, call volume forecasting, and enrollment processing.
• • You will own and evolve scalable data models, pipelines, and core metrics, building and iterating on analytical solutions that translate business challenges into measurable outcomes using SQL, Python, and modern data tools.
• • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/AI tools thoughtfully into workflows, grounded in strong data fundamentals, to improve operational performance and support the mission of improving healthcare for older Americans.
