- • Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of large-scale PLM-ERP-MES integrations within PTC’s global PLM Segment Hub, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- • Spearhead the development and global scaling of best practices for PLM-ERP-MES integration, collaborating with Product Management, Professional Services, Technical Enablement, and PTC’s System Integrator ecosystem.
- • Establish and promote best practices for business process transformation and organizational change management related to PLM-ERP-MES integrations, supporting strategies like Engineer to Order, Configure to Order, and Assemble to Order.
- • Design and manage enterprise master data models to optimize business processes, system interactions, and cross-discipline data associativity across PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
- • Define and evolve Windchill enterprise architecture strategies to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with Digital Thread and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- • Provide architectural and governance oversight for strategic customer engagements globally, focusing on product and manufacturing data quality, lifecycle traceability, and reuse across integrated systems.
- • Support the development of end-to-end integration strategies between Windchill PLM and ERP/MES systems, including BOM transformation, change management, configuration management, manufacturing planning, supply chain, quality, and regulatory data exchange.
- • Play a leadership and advisory role in new product introduction deliverables, go-to-market readiness planning, technical enablement content, and product feedback loop processes.
- • Work closely with Product Management, R&D, the Enterprise Deployment Center, and customer-facing field teams to influence product direction and ensure world-class customer experience.
- • Evangelize PLM-ERP-MES expertise through the PLM Community of Practice and PTC’s Partner Network by sharing technical insights, customer stories, and best practice materials.
- • Mentor PTC Professional Services and Partner teams on leading enterprise integration practices and implementation frameworks.
- • Support the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in PTC solutions, including integrating AI-driven capabilities into Windchill PLM, systems integration, and data orchestration.
- • Advise on the implementation of AI technologies to enhance customer business processes, data analytics, automation, and decision support.
- • Engage at the C-suite level with clients and internal stakeholders to build trusted advisor relationships and drive strategic architectural decisions.
- • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment with strong project and program management capabilities.
- • Travel up to 15% across North America, with occasional travel to PTC headquarters and international locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing system architecture with expertise in PLM, ERP, and/or MES systems and business processes spanning product development, planning, manufacturing, and quality.
- • Proven success in leading or facilitating PLM and/or ERP deployments as an implementer or administrator.
- • Experience with major PLM platforms (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) and ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion/NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Infor) and strong working knowledge of APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.
- • Deep understanding of engineering and manufacturing business processes, system configuration/customization, deployment strategies, master data governance, Digital Thread, and Integrated Product Engineering principles.
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage at the C-suite level.
